I have a clean 2-D CAD file of our pool deck and surrounding structures ready to share. I now need that plan brought to life with clear, realistic perspective views that show how four new elements—an additional toilet, a prefab sauna, a canopy beside the pool, and a stretch of extra roofing—blend into the existing layout. The key focus is the new toilet block. I want it rendered with modern accessibility features visible: ample turning radius, grab bars, lever handles, and a door width that meets current standards. The renders should make these details obvious so our team can sign off on the layout before we order fixtures. Alongside that, please place the prefab sauna, the pool-side canopy, and the added roof section accurately on the model so I can assess circulation paths and proportions from multiple viewpoints. Two or three well-lit daylight perspectives plus one night or dusk shot with soft lighting should be enough, but I’m open to your recommendation if one extra angle will clarify the design. You will receive: • The 2-D CAD (DWG) base file • Site photos for texture and material reference I need back: • High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders (minimum 3000 px wide) • The native 3-D file so I can make minor tweaks later (SketchUp, Revit, or similar—use whichever you prefer) • A short PDF sheet labeling the accessibility features in the toilet perspective Accuracy to the CAD footprint and realistic material depiction are my main acceptance criteria. If something in the 2-D drawing feels unclear, flag it early so we can correct it before you proceed with final renders.
