ABOUT THE PROJECT This outlines the specifications for developing a personal website for a freelance Project Management Consultant. The primary goal of this project is to establish a strong online presence optimized to attract leads and consultation requests within the Riyadh area for small to medium companies and consultant companies that required temporary workforce. The website will serve as a digital portfolio, showcasing expertise and value propositions relevant to the Saudi market and local business. By leveraging professional design, targeted content, and localized SEO, the website must convert traffic into business opportunities, positioning the Consultant as the premier choice for project management excellence in Riyadh. --------------------------------------------------------- DELIVERABLES OF THE PROJECT 1. Build 2 pages website: a. Main Services Page: Designed as the primary landing page and display my services b. About me Page: Integrated section for CV, professional background, and (contact me) methods. c. Responsive design: A clean, unified design ensuring optimal display and 100% responsiveness across all mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports. d. Personal picture will be provided. 2. Create digital content: a. Downloadable Portfolio: A single page A4-sized PDF file, available for direct download (e.g., Personal Portfolio/Detailed CV). b. Process Visualization Graphic: A high-resolution graphic asset (e.g., "How It Works" image) illustrating the engagement process for prospective leads. 3. Saudi Domain Configuration: Successful configuration, and DNS pointing of the designated .sa domain name I already own. 4. Technical SEO Foundation: Implementation of clean, semantic HTML structure, correct header tags, and optimization of page titles and meta descriptions for the Google search engine and SEO optimization. 5. Website user manual that will help me to update the site content as required. 6. Deliver access credential where the freelancer will provide all the user name and password of the site. ------------------------------------------------------------- CONDITIONS 1. All visual design mockups, wireframes, and final theme selections require approval from the Project Owner prior to start of development. 2. The delivered website and all associated digital materials must strictly adhere to a unified identity. 3. The Project Owner is responsible for the provision of all necessary updated input data 4. The project execution for EACH SINGLE deliverable will follow a maximum of four (4) complete work and review cycles. For each cycle, the Project Owner must provide consolidated feedback within 24 hours, and the Service Provider must implement revisions within 24 hours. Final deployment (up-and-running) is guaranteed within three (3) calendar days following final content approval.
