The site should feel light, load quickly, and give me an easy way to publish articles, photos, and the occasional video without touching code each time. Core scope • Set up the CMS (WordPress, Ghost, or another intuitive platform is fine—whichever you can configure securely and keep fast). • Create a home page that lists recent posts, an “About Me” page, and a simple contact form. • Build a reusable post template with support for headings, images, embedded media, and a featured image. • Make sure the layout is fully responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop. • Integrate basic on-page SEO (title tags, meta descriptions) and social share buttons. • Hand off with admin credentials and a short walkthrough video or written guide so I can manage everything myself. Acceptance criteria 1. No console errors or broken links on initial launch. 2. Pages score 90+ on Lighthouse mobile performance. 3. I can publish, edit, and delete a post without developer help.
