I need a complete OTT solution that lets viewers watch movies, web-series, cartoons and shorts on both Android and a responsive web interface. Phone-number verification (OTP) will be the sole sign-in method, so please build authentication flows and user management around that. A smooth viewing experience is vital: adaptive streaming, quick search, and the ability for every profile to keep its own watch history so users can pick up exactly where they left off. Beyond that single history feature I am flexible; genre menus or featured rows can come later, but the foundation must be clean, secure and scalable. Please include whatever backend or CMS you normally pair with Android (Kotlin/Java) and modern web (React, Vue, or similar) so I can upload, encode and publish new content without touching code. Source code, deployment instructions and a short handover call will complete the job.
