I’m ready to move from ideas to a build-ready layout for a two-bedroom home and need a skilled designer to translate my notes into a clear, scaled floor plan focused on day-to-day residential living. The aesthetic should feel open concept, allowing living, dining and kitchen zones to flow together while still giving each area its own identity. Essential features I want incorporated are generous large windows that pull in natural light, a practical kitchen island that doubles as prep and casual dining space, and a roomy walk-in closet adjoining the primary suite. Bedroom separation for privacy, efficient circulation, and thoughtful furniture placement will help the plan feel spacious without adding square footage. What I expect to receive: • A dimensioned floor plan in PDF for easy viewing • An editable file (DWG, RVT or similar) so my builder can make tweaks if required • A brief note explaining square footage and any key design decisions Accuracy of scale, logical traffic flow and clever use of storage will be the benchmarks for acceptance. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or a comparable tool and can turn feedback quickly, I’d love to collaborate.
