What I’ll rely on you for each month • Performance optimisation – database tuning, code clean-ups, image/compression tweaks, and regular speed checks. • Content uploads – publish articles, update pages, and make layout tweaks as our marketing team provides material. • Security monitoring & updates – patch vulnerabilities promptly, harden the server stack, and keep an eye on logs for anything suspicious. We aren’t tied to any management plugins or SaaS tools right now, so you can shape the workflow with whatever proven solutions you prefer—just explain the why and the how before we adopt them. Deliverables will be measured against these acceptance criteria: 1. Page-load times consistently under 2.5 s on both mobile and desktop (tested with Lighthouse/GTmetrix). 2. Zero critical vulnerabilities outstanding for more than 48 hours after disclosure. 3. New content goes live within 24 hours of submission, error-free and rendering correctly across major browsers. I’ll provide SSH/FTP credentials and staging access.
