3D Design, Renders & Documentation – One-Bedroom Container House (Fixed Price Only) Job Description I’m seeking an experienced architectural designer / 3D visualisation specialist to assist with the redesign and documentation of a one-bedroom container house. This is part of an ongoing working relationship, however this job must be quoted as a fixed-price scope. If you submit a price, that is the price that will be paid — no renegotiation. This work must be build-ready, not conceptual. ⸻ Project Overview • Project: AA House • Type: One-bedroom container house • Location: Australia • Base structure: Shipping container • Purpose: Construction-ready documentation I will provide existing CAD drawings to work from. ⸻ Mandatory Experience Requirements You must have: • Experience working on Australian residential projects • Working knowledge of the NCC (National Construction Code) • Understanding of Australian planning and building requirements • Experience producing documentation suitable for building approval and construction • Experience with container homes or compact dwellings Applicants without Australian experience will not be considered. ⸻ Critical Task – Bathroom Redesign The existing bathroom layout does not function correctly and must be redesigned. Requirements: • Practical and buildable layout • Correct clearances and proportions • Compliance with NCC requirements • Clean, modern and realistic design This must be final and construction-ready, not conceptual. ⸻ Scope of Work 1. 3D Renders (10–15 total) Exterior: • Front elevation • Rear elevation • Both side elevations • Angled / perspective views Interior: • Living / kitchen area • Bathroom (multiple angles) • Bedroom • Hallway / circulation areas • Storage / utility areas All renders must: • Match real dimensions • Reflect final materials • Be suitable for presentation and approvals ⸻ 2. Detailed Drawings (Mandatory) Kitchen cabinetry: • Cabinet layout • Bench heights • Overhead cabinetry • Appliance locations • Clearances • Material thicknesses Bathroom drawings: • Full layout with dimensions • Fixture locations • Plumbing positions (concept level acceptable but must be accurate) ⸻ 3.
