I want to launch a full-stack on-demand services platform that works seamlessly on desktop browsers, iOS and Android. The core of the project is a two-in-one solution: • Services Marketplace – users should be able to request electrical repairs, plumbing, cleaning, building, carpentry, phone repairs and similar technical or home services. Each handyman is first verified by me through an admin dashboard after they upload a personal photo holding their NRC and any supporting certificates. • Rental Hub – landlords post vacant properties, renters browse them, chat in-app (no phone calls required) and pay rent securely inside the system. Key requirements – Multilingual interface (English, Nyanja, Bemba) with the ability to add more languages later. – Responsive web app plus native or cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android delivered from the same code-base where practical. – User roles to start with Customers; the architecture must make it easy to add Service Providers, Landlords and Renters next. – Admin dashboard that lets me review ID photos, certificates and either approve or reject a provider in one click. – Secure payment gateway integration for both service bookings and rent payments. – Push notifications, real-time chat and location-based search so users can find nearby help fast. Deliverables 1. UI/UX mock-ups for web, iOS and Android. 2. Fully functional web application (desktop & mobile responsive). 3. Companion mobile apps published to App Store and Google Play. 4. Admin dashboard including the three verification tools: ID-photo viewer, certificate viewer, approval console. 5. Source code, deployment scripts and brief documentation. Acceptance criteria – I can create a job request, assign a verified handyman and pay in-app without crashing or layout issues on any device. – A landlord can list a property, chat with a renter and receive payment inside the system. – Switching the interface language changes every visible label. – Provider cannot accept work until I have approved them in the dashboard.
