I need a fully-integrated omnichannel setup that brings Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp into one conversation hub. The job starts with selecting or configuring an Omnichat platform and connecting every account so chats, comments and DMs all land in a single dashboard. Once everything is wired together, WhatsApp must run on the Business API with automated greeting flows, FAQ responses and lead-routing logic powered by AI. I already have some message templates; they simply need to be uploaded, tweaked for compliance and connected to triggers such as new inquiries, abandoned carts and after-hours requests. Content scheduling is equally important. A monthly calendar has to be built, then published automatically to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn while Google My Business receives weekly posts. The calendar should live inside the same platform (or a tool it integrates with seamlessly), allowing quick edits on the fly. Performance analytics close the loop: conversation volume, response time, click-throughs, sentiment and post reach all have to feed into one exportable report so I can gauge ROI without juggling spreadsheets.
