I run a beauty clinic in Canada and have chosen Odoo as our all-in-one platform. Sales & CRM, Calendar & Scheduling, and Website & eCommerce are already installed, but the system still needs the service-specific logic that keeps our day moving smoothly. Here’s what I need completed: • Configure every treatment as a service-based product, set its standard duration, and have the order automatically total the time for combined services. • Build a booking engine that looks at each technician’s working hours (not rooms), blocks conflicts, and instantly creates calendar events. • Migrate our current website into Odoo Website so clients can discover, book, and pay without leaving the platform. • Bring over existing client records, appointment history, and our full service catalogue. • Keep the workflow native—prefer Studio when it’s clean, create custom modules when it’s not. You should already have hands-on experience designing service booking or appointment logic inside Odoo, and be comfortable threading custom code with standard features. Clear documentation and tested results will be the acceptance criteria. Long-term collaboration is definitely on the table if we click.
