I’m replacing our patch-work tech stack with a full Odoo-based operating system that will act as the single source of truth for Loeb. All website orders, inventory levels, customer invoices and LCB fulfilment data must flow through one integrated environment, so every stakeholder is looking at the same figures in real time. Here is what success looks like: • Workflows live and tested for order management, inventory tracking, and invoicing / billing. • Legacy data from De Facto migrated cleanly into the new modules without loss or duplication. • Odoo connected to our Shopify front-end (or similar web store) and to the LCB fulfilment interface, so pick-pack-ship updates post automatically. • Team adoption enforced through role-based dashboards, user training and clear SOPs; no one should need to jump back into the old system. • Clear change-management plan that covers ERP restructuring milestones, go-live cut-over and fallback procedures. I’ll provide database exports, API credentials and a sandbox Odoo instance as soon as we start.
