We have an existing website, but it needs a user login section for our drivers. They need to be able to log in and see what they have earnt, or spent. The website needs to be connected to a database that contains any money they have earnt and any discounts that may be applied, such as vehicle rental, vehicle damage, etc. We need to be able to create, activate, deactivate and delete any users on the admin side, drivers need a password reset option available on the website. Once the driver logs in they need to be able to see their earnings and discounts, grouped by weeks, starting on a Sunday, ending on a Saturday. They need to be able to see current and historical data, a drop down box selecting the relevant week will be appropriate with information presented showing that week. On the admin side, we cannot go into each user and update the data, the data itself must be contained from the database for each driver, then uploaded to the website and the data then going automatically to each driver section. I have attached a basic document showing how the area could look when the driver logs in. Where the date is located, perhaps include a drop down box for this so the driver can select the relevant week. The totals at the bottom need to be calculated directly on the site. Please note that next stage of the project, once this is completed, will be for two new sections: 1. Driver to upload documents and information to their driver section 2. Driver to complete and sign two application forms/contracts in PDF format. This means website needs to be ready for this implementation, perhaps using tabs in driver section for Pay, Contracts and Documents.
