I am building a commercial-grade product that combines n8n workflow automation, Twilio voice/messaging, a conversational Voice-AI agent, and OpenAI’s latest API endpoints. The goal is straightforward: turn this integrated stack into a finished solution I can package and sell. Scope of work • Set up modular n8n workflows that receive webhooks or form inputs, branch logic, call external APIs, and push data back to my app’s database. • Embed Twilio for both voice and SMS so the system can trigger calls, accept inbound calls, and pass live audio streams to the Voice-AI layer. • Build the Voice-AI agent, leveraging OpenAI (Chat Completion / Whisper / TTS) to handle intent detection, real-time responses, and follow-up actions routed back through n8n. • Keep all components containerised or otherwise easy to redeploy so updates won’t break the chain. Acceptance criteria 1. A demo instance showing an end-to-end customer interaction—user rings a Twilio number, the Voice-AI answers, gathers data, and the data lands in my app through n8n. 2. Clear, commented n8n workflow files (.json export) and well-structured repo for the custom code. 3. Read-me style deployment notes so any dev on my team can reproduce the setup in one sitting.
