n8n Automation Expert Needed - Job Lead Enrichment System Project Overview We're building an automated job lead enrichment system that scrapes job postings, enriches company/contact data, and delivers qualified leads to recruitment agencies. Looking for an experienced n8n automation specialist to build and maintain complex workflows. What You'll Build Multi-step n8n workflows with API integrations, web scraping, and data enrichment Integration with TheirStack (job API), Apollo, Clay, and other enrichment platforms LinkedIn and job board scraping workflows (Apify, Bright Data, or similar) Airtable database design with automated data pipelines Error handling, retry logic, and workflow optimization Required Skills n8n Expert: 2+ years building complex workflows (20+ nodes, parallel execution, loops) JavaScript: Strong skills for Code node logic and data manipulation REST APIs: Experience with OAuth, webhooks, pagination, rate limiting Web Scraping: Hands-on with Apify, Bright Data, Zyte, or similar platforms LinkedIn Scraping: Experience with Clay, Phantombuster, or custom scrapers Sales Tools: Working knowledge of Apollo, Clay, or similar enrichment platforms Airtable: Advanced database design, formulas, API integration Bonus Skills AI agent building (n8n AI Agent node, OpenAI, Claude) Voice AI integration (Vapi, Voiceflow, Deepgram) Experience with recruitment or lead generation workflows Project Scope Phase 1: Build core workflow (job scraping → enrichment → Airtable storage) Phase 2: Add contact enrichment and fallback logic Ongoing: Maintenance, optimization, and feature additions To Apply, Please Include: Your hourly rate (or project estimate for Phase 1) Link to a complex n8n workflow you've built (or detailed description) Experience with web scraping and data enrichment tools Availability (hours per week) Budget Open to proposals - please provide your rate and estimated hours for Phase 1.
