I am seeking an experienced freelancer with strong skills in n8n (self-hosted) and API integrations to develop a robust automation system hosted on a dedicated VPS. This confidential project focuses on integrating and automating several business platforms currently in use, including CRM or Trello, the ERP Cegid Eticadata, and a WordPress/WooCommerce website, to create a unified and intelligent operational ecosystem. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed before any documentation or access credentials are shared. After signing, the freelancer will receive all official APIs, usage manuals, Postman collections, and integration diagrams. Technical Requirements • Proven experience with n8n (self-hosted) and REST API/Webhook integrations • Strong understanding of OAuth2, JSON, and data transformation • Ability to design modular, reusable, and fault-tolerant workflows • Configuration of error handling, retries, and detailed logging in n8n • Real-time synchronization between Cegid Eticadata (ERP), CRM/Trello, and WooCommerce • Automation of order processing, stock updates, invoicing, and logistics notifications • Adherence to GDPR and best security practices for handling sensitive data Environment and Resources Provided • Dedicated VPS (Ubuntu) with full access for deployment • PostgreSQL database for storing workflows and logs • Official APIs for Cegid Eticadata, CRM/Trello, and WooCommerce • Complete technical documentation and user manuals • Postman collections for testing and validation Core Tasks Install and configure n8n on the VPS (Docker or manual setup) Develop automation workflows such as: – Order → ERP → CRM/Trello → WooCommerce synchronization – Automatic production and stock updates in Cegid Eticadata – Invoice generation and automated customer email delivery – Logistics and tracking status updates – Daily/weekly performance and financial reports Configure advanced error handling, automatic retries, and alert notifications Deliver complete documentation and deployment procedures Security and Ownership • Confidential project – NDA required before access • No sensitive data shared before signing the agreement • Work performed exclusively on the provided VPS • All developed workflows, code, and configurations become client property upon delivery Collaboration Details • Milestone-based payments tied to tested deliverables • Communication via Slack, Notion, or similar tools • Kick-off meeting after NDA signature • Opportunity for long-term collaboration on future integrations
