CRM portal that is web based for administration and staff of my business, while allowing login for businesses, resellers and clients on a web based app and later we could make it an app for android and apple. The portal will manage clients and their memberships to various associations. The CRM will allow staff or clients to create jobs for ordering services or products. This will then allow the service staff to update results for the clients and business and have emails sent out to the client as various events occur. The CRM will allow us to invoice businesses and resellers, and be linked to payment systems for regular clients (general public users). Will allow user to view their order history, invoices, etc. Will allow use to sell 3rd party products and offer promotions via emails to various users (such as all members of any particular association). Will allow us to publish news. Will also have a trading section for users to sell their own products. Will allow administration to create services, set prices, add specific pricing for volume and different countries and set language options for different countries. Will allow us to set templates for certificates for results of various services. Will give admin statistics on sales and inventory. Will for different types of staff to enter results of the services that client purchased or ordered via the application. Will be stable, secure and modern.
