We are looking for a skilled and reliable video editor for ongoing work across 5–6 different YouTube channels in the following niches: Aviation Crafting DIY Fashion This is a long-term opportunity, not a one-time project. Work Requirements For each channel, the editor will be responsible for: 1 YouTube Short daily 1 long-form video per week You will be provided with: Raw video footage Topic ideas / references Basic guidelines for style and pacing Sample videos for editing inspiration What We’re Looking For Strong experience editing YouTube content Ability to edit both short-form (Reels/Shorts-style) and long-form videos Good storytelling, pacing, and hook creation Knowledge of trends in YouTube Shorts Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines Bonus (Not Required but Preferred) Experience in any of these niches: aviation, DIY, crafting, fashion Understanding of YouTube growth and audience retention Basic thumbnail design skills Long-Term Opportunity This is ongoing work with consistent volume.
