I need a fast, reliable developer to turn written content into spoken audio on both iOS and Android. The app must let users import or paste plain text, Word documents, and PDFs, instantly detect the document language, and read it aloud in the user’s preferred voice. I prefer and focus on Vietnamese language with many as many voices possible. Also, the final audio can be saved as mp3 or other sound file extensions. What I’m after • A functional prototype for iOS and Android built with a shared codebase (Flutter, React Native, etc.) so we can move quickly. • File import for .doc/.docx and PDF, plus a simple text-entry option. • Smooth language detection and high-quality speech output using native TTS engines or a cloud service like Google Cloud, Amazon Polly, or Azure. • Core playback controls: play, pause, seek/skip, adjustable speed, and voice selection. • A clean, intuitive interface—visual mockups before coding will help align expectations.
