Here’s what success looks like from my side: • Every instance installed on its designated server or VM, running the latest supported build of XProtect Essential+ (the free tier). • Core configuration completed: recording servers recognised, cameras added from our existing network scan, storage paths set, and retention policies tuned. • A baseline role and permission structure copied across all instances so site administrators have immediate, limited access while I retain full system control. • Health monitoring enabled along with email notifications so I’m alerted if a service stops, storage fills, or a camera goes offline. • Clean documentation: install checklist, licence details, admin account credentials, and any custom scripts or PowerShell commands you use. You’re free to automate large parts of this—PowerShell, Milestone Deployment Assistant, or your own tooling—as long as the end result is predictable and repeatable. I can provide remote access to the servers as well as the camera list and network details ahead of time.
