MQL5 Expert Advisor I was wondering if you are interested in providing a quote on an EA that is currently set up as an indicator only in MQL5 – MetaTrader 5? 1. Using the MACD indicator as a filter for long/short entry signals – default setting fast ema 12, slow ema 28, signal period 9, applied price closed price, max. bars 100 – user defined periods and max. bars. a. MACD long entry – MACD fast ema crosses the slow ema. b. MACD short entry – MACD slow ema crosses the fast ema. The MACD indicator in the link is the one that I have set up on my charts. Trailing Stop – allow for settings trailing stop amount in points and allow to turn on or off. 5. Break Even Stop – default settings on – allow to turn on or off. 6. Maximum Allowed Spread – allow for settings spread amount in points and allow to turn on or off. 7. Maximum trades per day – allow for settings maximum number of trades per day and allow to turn on or off. 8. Money Management – allow for settings contract sizes. 9. Trading days – allow for settings for trading days selections. 10. Place trades within markets open and close times – allow for settings for open and close broker times and allow to turn on or off. 11. Option for alerts (sound & notification) and arrows at entries – allow for settings to turn on or off. 12. I trade using the 3-minute chart, with the option to use 5 or 15-minute charts maximum. Further Comments – 1. Indicators on my chart that do not need to be added as filters in the EA – a. Range Expansion Indicator b. RSI incl Moving Average – 2 Point RSI c. Heikin Ashi Candles d. Pivot Points (Daily) e. Fibonacci (100 Candle) 2. I will add the indicators (as indicators only) on chart with operating EA. 3. I would like to, if possible, not miss as many entries with the EA instead of manually trading. 4. Use the trailing stop instead of take profit in situations where trades can be kept open for optimal profit. 5. I trade the major Forex pairs – EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, USDCHF, USDJPY potential for adding BTCUSD if all goes well. To conclude, I am unaware whether it is possible to convert an existing indicator on the MQL5 store into an Expert Advisor even though I have purchased this indicator already. If you have any further comments or things that you think are required to optimise this strategy that would be great
