I’ve sketched out a 7-column by 3-row gameboard (total size 600 mm × 450 mm) and now need a production-ready 3D model to bring it to life. Each of the 21 cells must have its own debossed number and a debossed playing-card suit, rendered in high detail so the symbols remain crisp after printing and light sanding. Because the finished board is larger than my print bed, please split the design into six interlocking plates. I’d like simple peg-and-socket aligners that press-fit cleanly; tolerances of ±0.15 mm usually work well for my machines. The model will be printed in PLA, so keep wall thicknesses and overhangs printer-friendly—nothing that demands exotic supports. Key requirements • Single complete board layout at 600 × 450 mm, grid 7 × 3 • High-detail debossed numbers and suits (hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades) • Cut into 6 build-plate-sized sections, each under 235 × 235 mm • Peg system for easy, flush assembly • Optimised for PLA FDM printing Deliverables 1. Six STL files (one for each plate) ready to slice 2. A reference assembly diagram or screenshot so I can see plate order and orientation 3. Source file (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, or similar) so I can tweak if needed I’ll test-print a single plate first; once it snaps together cleanly and the debossed details are sharp, we’re good to go. Let me know which CAD tool you prefer and any clarifications you need before starting.
