I already have the original .step and .3mf files for a Raspberry Pi 4 + Cellular-modem HAT enclosure. I simply need the model adjusted in Fusion 360 (or similar tool) keeping all existing dimensions intact except for the items below. • Replace the current fan-shroud extension on both the lid and base with a flat vent/grid that stays flush with the wall thickness of the case. • Enlarge the openings so my cables seat properly: – Top-side port nearest the former fan area: 10.2 mm × 7.65 mm plus a small tolerance for easy insertion. – Bottom-side, left to right: • USB-C: at least 12.6 mm × 6.8 mm • Two micro-HDMI ports: 13.05 mm × 8.35 mm each. Nothing else about the geometry should change; I have full dimensional data to cross-check if you need it. When you finish, please send back the updated Fusion 360 file (or a compatible .step) together with a print-ready STL so I can drop it straight into the Bambu slicer and run a test print. If everything mates cleanly with the Pi and the modem HAT, the job is complete.
