I have the full floor layout, an indicative furniture plan, our preferred colour palette and the company logo ready to share. Using these files I need a set of photorealistic 3D renders that let my team visualise the entire space before we commit to fit-out. Scope • Reception: a grand, inviting entrance with the logo featured behind the desk. I’m open to either full-glass or glass-and-wood partitions—whichever best complements the modern aesthetic. • Conference rooms and employee workstations: consistency with the same modern look, tasteful accents from the colour guide, and a balanced mix of natural daylight and carefully placed artificial lighting. Key points – Modern style only (please avoid traditional or ultra-minimal looks). – Show a realistic combination of daylight and artificial fixtures so we can see how the space feels at any hour. – Follow the attached floor plan precisely; furniture layout can be fine-tuned if something clearly improves flow. – Deliver high-resolution still images (minimum 4K) for each area, plus the native 3D file so we can request minor tweaks in-house if needed.
