I’m working on a new nail- and hair-focused day spa and need an experienced architect or interior designer to pull the full interior concept together. The look I’m after is clean, contemporary, chic, and instantly calming—think earthy tones, soft lighting and natural textures, botanical vibes that feel boutique rather than clinical. Scope of the space The reception area sets the first impression, with private pedicure stations and a series of manicure stations along with 1-2 treatment rooms for eyelashes and massages. There will be retail corner for curated products, plus a holistic sound stage and a wine-bar-style sitting area where clients can unwind between services. The shell of the building is ready; now I need the interior flow, finishes and furniture specified so the contractor can move straight into build-out. What I need from you • Concept boards that convey the overall mood, colour palette and material story • Scaled space planning with furniture layout, plumbing/electrical points and traffic circulation • Detailed elevations or 3D visuals (SketchUp, Revit or similar) for the reception desk, product shelving, treatment stations and lounge bar • A curated FF&E schedule listing finishes, fixtures, lighting and décor items with sourcing links or specifications • One revision round after initial presentation to fine-tune the details If you have proven experience designing spas, salons or wellness environments—and a portfolio that shows a knack for modern serenity—I’d love to see it along with your timeline availability.
