Here’s what I need from you: • Scaled floor plans for each proposed layout, clearly dimensioned and labeled. • Final files delivered as PDF sheets plus the editable source (DWG, RVT, or similar). After we start, I’ll share the current room measurements, photos, and any structural constraints so you can work directly over the existing footprint. When you apply, attach samples of past residential drafting or design work—seeing proven, built projects is the best way for me to judge fit.
