What I need back are high-resolution stills (minimum 4K) suitable for presentation boards and web, plus the source scene files (3ds Max, SketchUp or similar—whichever pipeline you prefer as long as final lighting and material setups remain editable). Two rounds of minor tweaks are built in so we can fine-tune details like furniture placement, colour balance or exterior landscaping. Your render engine of choice—V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape—doesn’t matter as long as the end result is crisp, well-lit and convincingly humanised.
