I wish to commission a series of photorealistic interior and exterior CGI’s of a modern-style living room, looking out through large patio windows across an ocean bay, a rooftop scene overlooking the same bay and an exterior view looking back at the apartments. The building and its layout are already modelled in ‘sketchup’. I also have artist impressions of the finished building from the outside to give context for the interior design. So I’ll supply the floor plans, reference photos, and my material and rely on you for a modern design interior befitting a chique ‘art deco’ new build once we start. I need you to translate those references into a high-resolution render that convincingly captures daylight, realistic textures, and subtle reflections, with the back drop of a bay that i have captured through drone footage. These images are to help demonstrate to potential purchasers what can be attained. Primary deliverable • One print-ready, high-resolution JPEG (minimum 4K) plus the working 3D file in the native format of your chosen software (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp + V-Ray, Corona, or similar). If the first image hits the mark, I will return for additional rooms/views such as the kitchen or bedroom, but for now the scope is strictly this single modern living-room shot. Please include a brief note on your workflow and the toolset you intend to use so I know how to open my end.
