We are a premium mosaic company currently offering 16 products, each with multiple variations. We already have high-quality top-shot photography of each mosaic. The objective of this project is to integrate these mosaics into realistic interior renderings in order to visualize how the products look once installed in real spaces. This is a first phase initiative. The goal is to validate the visual approach and potentially establish a long-term collaboration if the results and pricing align. We are looking to create high-end, realistic interior renderings using existing top-shot mosaic images. The renderings should showcase mosaics applied to real surfaces within interior scenes and help define product positioning, style, and overall brand direction. The work should follow a premium, clean, and architectural aesthetic. We are considering an initial scope of approximately 25 to 30 unique environment setups. Each setup could be declined up to three variations, which could result in a total of up to around 75 renderings. The final quantity will depend on pricing and feasibility. The primary environments will be kitchens and bathrooms. Secondary possibilities include showers, backsplashes, feature walls, vanity walls, and accent areas. We will provide a Google Drive folder containing all inspiration references, including mood, style, lighting, camera angles, and material combinations. It is essential that the visual direction of the renderings is based on and aligned with this inspiration folder. The visual style must be photorealistic, premium, and high-end. Lighting should feel natural, with accurate shadows and realistic scale. The mosaics must look properly integrated into the surfaces and not appear artificially pasted. Because mosaic patterns are highly detailed, AI-generated imagery is not recommended for this project. Manual compositing or professional rendering workflows are preferred. We will provide high-resolution top-shot mosaic photography, product references and naming, and the inspiration folder mentioned above. Additional product usage guidelines can be supplied if required. Deliverables for the first phase should be exported in JPEG format for validation. After review and approval, we can discuss final production formats if needed. We expect one initial concept batch followed by feedback and light revision rounds to refine consistency, lighting, and integration. We are a young company, so cost sensitivity is important. We are open to per-render pricing, package pricing, or volume-based discounts. The objective is to find a sustainable pricing structure that supports a long-term partnership. Although the initial volume is limited, we anticipate ongoing needs as new products and collections are introduced and as marketing and e-commerce efforts grow. We are therefore looking for a partner who is interested in building a long-term collaboration.
