This project covers a full modern interior concept for a student hostel and I need everything developed in clear, share-ready 3D. Scope The design must feel fresh and energetic, leaning on bright, vibrant colours. Spaces to be planned include: common areas, bathrooms, twin-share bed/study rooms, a dining hall with buffet line, kitchen and wash area, plus a relaxed lounge. Flow, storage and durability all matter because the building will see heavy daily use. What I expect • Dimensioned layout plans that resolve circulation, furniture placement and service zones • Design of Furniture to be made with Plywood and Mica, etc. The thickness of Ply/Wood to be mentioned. • Realistic 3D renders (images + native model) that let stakeholders visualise each space from multiple angles • A concise material and furniture specification sheet noting finishes, fixtures, lighting and colour references that match the vibrant palette • At least one revision round per zone so the final package is construction-ready Preferred tools are SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max paired with V-Ray/Lumion for rendering—whatever you’re fastest with, as long as the exported files remain editable. Files are to be delivered in native format plus PDF/JPEG for easy sharing. We are also providing the floor layout as attached files.
