I’m taking my new build from floor-plan to reality and need a talented 3D artist to shape the vision. The brief • Style: clean, Modern lines everywhere. • Exterior focus: the façade is the star; proportions, textures and lighting must accentuate it. • Colours: a sophisticated, multi-colour palette that lifts the building’s character without feeling busy. • Interior: carry the same modern language inside and propose wall, ceiling and accent tones that flow from the exterior concept. Deliverables 1. A fully editable 3D model (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) with separate layers for exterior and interior. 2. High-resolution renders: front elevation, two exterior perspectives and two key interior views. 3. Dimensioned elevation drawings matching the 3D facade concept. 4. Colour schedule listing paint codes/material references for both exterior and interior scenes. I’ll provide the existing drawings and site photos as soon as we start.
