My draft layout and a reference image for the façade are attached, so you’ll be refining rather than starting from scratch. The finished work has to be scale-accurate, suitable for local code review, and delivered primarily in editable CAD (DWG) along with ready-to-print PDFs. A realistic 3-D view of the front exterior that aligns with my reference elevation is also part of the brief. I’m happy to fine-tune details and will allow two minor revision cycles to get everything just right. Because the house will be built in India, familiarity with typical Indian residential standards and space planning conventions is a big plus, and I’d love to work with an architect based here if possible.
