You’ll open my .skp file, assign the materials, adjust their scale or orientation where needed, and share brief notes on the design rationale so I understand each choice. If you prefer to produce a couple of high-resolution exports or quick renders to illustrate the look, that’s even better—feel free to use V-Ray, Enscape, or your favourite SketchUp-compatible renderer. Deliverables: • Updated SketchUp model with all exterior materials properly applied • 2–3 static views or render images that clearly show the proposed scheme • A short written summary (one page is fine) explaining texture selections and the neutral palette decisions The model is clean and organised, so you can dive straight into material assignment.
