If you see opportunities to weave in interactive exhibits or small relaxation nooks without compromising the clean look, feel free to propose them—flexibility is welcome as long as the learning areas stay central. I’ll need: • Mood boards and material palettes that communicate the sleek theme. • Scaled floor plan with zoning for the two learning areas, circulation, and storage. • 3D renders or walkthroughs (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable) that illustrate lighting, furniture, and technology placement. • A concise FF&E schedule specifying readily available items. Final package should be presentation-ready and editable, delivered in PDF plus native files. Accuracy to scale and adherence to safety/ergonomic standards for school environments will be my key acceptance criteria.
