The layout has to accommodate four bedrooms while keeping the clean lines, open living areas, and generous glazing typical of modern style. Site dimensions are available as soon as we start; I’ll also share local zoning notes to be sure setbacks and height limits are respected. You’ll translate these constraints into an efficient floor plan, elevations that highlight the contemporary façade, and a simple roof design that suits a duplex footprint. Please include: • Scaled floor plans with room labels and overall dimensions • Front, rear, and side elevations showing materials and key heights • A basic roof/framing layout and foundation plan • Door/window schedules and a legend for finishes • Files delivered in PDF for review and DWG (or equivalent) for the builder I’ll review an initial concept, request one round of revisions, then sign off on final drawings suitable for permitting and cost estimation.
