The whole experience must revolve around the end user—someone who just wants to type or paste a tracking number and instantly see where their parcel sits in real time. Core experience • Real-time tracking that pulls live location data and displays progress on an interactive map. • Secure customer login so repeat users can view current and past orders without re-entering numbers. • Automated notifications (email, SMS, or push—whichever is easiest to wire up first) triggered by key status changes: out for delivery, delivered, exceptions, etc. I’ll provide access to our shipment data feed and any branding assets you need; everything else—from database design to front-end polish—comes from your side. The finished site must be responsive, load quickly, and be simple for me to hand over to my hosting provider.
