I’m ready to move my project from raw ideas into a clear, presentation-ready concept package. We are firmly in the concept and design phase; construction drawings will come later. What I’m looking for • A contemporary, modern aesthetic—clean lines, natural light, efficient spatial flow. • Concept plans, elevations, and 3D massing or renders that communicate the design intent in a compelling way. • A concise mood board or material palette to anchor the visual language. • Two rounds of revisions so we can fine-tune proportions, circulation, and façade articulation. Tools & workflow Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, ArchiCAD, or comparable BIM/visualization software are all welcome as long as the final files are editable and accompanied by high-resolution PDFs or JPEGs for easy sharing. Acceptance criteria 1. Scaled floor plan(s) and elevations in native format plus PDF. 2. At least three perspective renders or a fly-through illustrating massing, light, and materiality. 3. Annotated concept board summarizing key materials, colors, and finishes. 4. All deliverables submitted in a neatly organized folder within the agreed deadline.
