The existing floor plan is functional but not inspiring; I want someone who can rethink walls, circulation paths, storage solutions, and furniture placement so the space reads as modern, airy, and cohesive. What you’ll be working with • A PDF and rough SketchUp model of the present layout, including measurements, window positions, and structural walls. • My photos and notes on pain points—awkward corners, wasted hallways, and a living-dining overlap that never feels right. What I need back 1. Two alternative floor plan concepts (2D) showing wall/partition changes, key furniture zones, and storage ideas. 2. One preferred concept developed into a detailed plan with dimensions, lighting suggestions, and indicative furniture sizes. 3. A quick 3D visual (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) of the chosen concept so I can “walk through” the proposal. 4. A short rationale explaining how each decision improves flow, light, and usability. I’m open on style as long as the result stays contemporary and uncluttered.
