A concise bill of materials listing ACP thickness, sub-frame members, fasteners and sealants. 4. Installation notes that clarify tolerances, expansion gaps and any backing structure modifications. Drawings can be produced in AutoCAD or Revit, and the renders in whichever package you prefer (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, etc.) as long as final images are high resolution. Deliver everything in editable formats plus PDFs ready for the site team. I’ll supply existing façade measurements and site photos the moment we start.
