This app will serve property managers, subcontractors, and owners of rental properties, providing them with distinct roles for accessing and managing the workflow. The app will include the ability to manage a database of make-ready tasks (CRUD capability) where each task contains details such as estimated time and required materials. It will also include a database for subcontractors, capturing their relevant details such as hourly rates. The app should integrate with external supplier APIs to source materials, calculate labor costs, and provide an overall estimate for each task. User roles will include: - Admin: To manage tasks, subcontractors, and overall settings. - Manager: To assign tasks and monitor progress. - Subcontractor: To view and update their assigned tasks.
