The reception must feel professional and sleek before it flows into a large founder cabin, medium-sized director and senior-management cabins, an admin-accounts hub, 12-seat conference room, client lounge, eight open workstations and a compact pantry. You’ll receive my current CAD floor plan and any reference images you may need. From there, I need both a detailed 2D space plan and basic 3D views that clearly communicate furniture placement, circulation and overall look. I’m after clean, professional output and will accommodate minor tweaks once the first draft is in.
