I’m preparing the exterior package for a new bank building and need a clean, minimalist elevation that reflects the brand’s contemporary ethos. The façade should combine multiple materials—prominently glass, paired with complementary elements such as bricjs etc—to achieve a balanced, understated look rather than a flashy showcase. Scope • Translate my floor plans and rough massing sketches into a fully resolved front (and side, if visible) elevation. • Supply two or three concept options so I can choose a direction before we refine. • Deliver final drawings in PDF and CAD (DWG) plus one high-resolution rendered perspective so stakeholders can visualise the end result. Key Requirements • Commercial use: Bank purpose • Minimalist style: clean lines, limited colour palette, no excessive ornamentation. • Material mix: glass is mandatory; secondary materials can be suggested but should harmonise with the minimalist theme. • Drawings must be to scale and coordinated with existing structural grid. Preferred tools are AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp with V-Ray, but I’m open as long as the final files import smoothly into AutoCAD. If you need any additional dimensions or the structural model, let me know and I’ll provide them right away. Once I approve the initial concept, the final set is due within one week, including any minor tweaks for compliance checks.
