I have a clear brief for a single–storey pool villa in Bali and need a designer who can move fast. The concept is minimalist but modern, with concrete and glass as the primary material. Core spatial requirements • Three bedrooms. The master gets its own ensuite, while bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom. Site considerations The layout should encourage cross-ventilation and blur the line between indoors and out without compromising privacy for the bedrooms. Think clean lines, low maintenance finishes, ample overhangs and big glass fronts at poolside. Deliverables I need ASAP 1. Scaled floor plan and roof plan (PDF + DWG). 2. Two to three high-quality 3D perspectives showing the hero angles—street view, pool view and main living space. 3. A concise material palette highlighting concrete textures, complementary finishes and any suggested soft landscaping.
