I’m refreshing my entire apartment and need a full 3-dimensional interior design package that captures a clean, minimalist aesthetic in soft pastel shades. The scope covers the living room, kitchen, primary bedroom and two additional bedrooms. Here is what I’m looking for: • Detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders for each room, showing furniture placement, color palettes and lighting concepts. • A floor plan with accurate dimensions that aligns with the render views. • A curated furniture and décor list—items that fit the minimalist brief, are available on the market and match the pastel palette (include reference links or brand names). • Color codes for paint, fabrics and finishes so I can hand them straight to contractors. • Source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit—or another industry-standard platform) plus high-resolution stills and, if possible, a 360° walkthrough. I will provide existing floor measurements and photos as soon as we start. Your design should keep surfaces uncluttered, lines simple and tones muted yet warm.
