I want an Interior design architect to do interior design for my 4-BHK floor plan into a fully realised modern space. I’ll share the 2D CAD layout, complete room dimensions and a folder of inspiration images; your task is to turn that information into photorealistic 3D stills and a concise walkthrough video that showcases the overall flow. Do a photorealistic interiors that feel consistently minimalist and stay within a calm neutral-tone palette. Note: Budget is 1500INR and I am taking project for comparison with other interior design worked by architect for best interior design. Scope of rooms • Living-cum-dining (this sets the overall language) • Kitchen and adjoining pooja niche • Family lounge • Three bedrooms with their respective toilets What I expect as final deliverables 1. High-resolution still renders for every room—multiple angles where a space warrants it. 2. A concise 60-90 second walkthrough video that flows naturally from entry to bedrooms, giving me a sense of proportion, circulation and daylight. 3. Source files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similar) so I can compare them against work from other architects. 4. A brief material and lighting summary so I know how each mood was achieved. Technical notes • Please keep furniture lines clean, storage hidden and colour accents restrained to keep the minimalist brief intact. • Neutral tones mean whites, greys, beiges and light wood; no bold colour blocking unless it is an accent that supports the concept. • Render quality should be photoreal—global illumination, realistic reflections and accurate physical camera settings. • I have capped the budget at ₹1,500; feel free to propose how you will break that into milestones for stills and the walkthrough. Send over a sample from your past minimalist projects (one still and, if possible, a short clip). Once I review style compatibility, I will share the CAD and references so you can begin immediately.
