I need to start with Facebook Messenger and turn it into a self-running front desk that can do two things right away: answer incoming questions with our FAQs or a tailored reply, and—when the chat becomes an order—push the data straight into our Zoho stack so a sales order and invoice pop out automatically. Here’s the flow I’m picturing: Messenger conversation begins → bot chooses the right FAQ or custom response → customer confirms they want to buy → contact (or lead) is created/updated in Zoho CRM → sales order appears in Zoho Inventory/Books → invoice is generated and sent back to the customer. Anything the bot can’t handle should hand off to a live agent without breaking the thread. I already use Zoho CRM, Inventory and Books, so you can wire things up with their REST APIs, Zoho Flow, or Deluge—whatever gets the job done while keeping it easy for me to edit later. ManyChat, Chatfuel, a Node webhook, or Python Flask are all fine on the Messenger side so long as the final interface is clean and maintainable. Deliverables • Facebook Messenger bot answering FAQs and custom replies • End-to-end data hand-off into Zoho CRM, automatic sales order + invoice creation • Brief documentation and a quick video walkthrough so I can tweak flows myself Please share examples of similar Messenger or Zoho automations you’ve built and outline the tech stack you’d use. I’d like to roll this out within two weeks of kickoff and will provide test access to my Zoho environment as soon as we start.
