I’m creating a B2B manpower marketplace whose single, clear purpose is to connect businesses with qualified manpower providers. I already have the high-level concept; now I need a MERN-stack developer to turn it into a working prototype that providers can start using right away. Scope of work • Build a responsive web app in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node. • Implement secure provider onboarding with email/OTP verification and JWT-based sessions. • Create provider dashboards where users can manage their profile details, availability, and service categories. • Develop search and matching logic so businesses (read-only for now) can discover providers based on location, skills, and ratings. • Add basic admin tools to approve or suspend provider accounts and view platform metrics. • Ensure clean RESTful APIs, modular code, and clear documentation so additional features—such as business-side log-ins or payment flows—can be layered in later. Key expectations • Reusable component architecture (React hooks, context, or Redux—your choice as long as state remains predictable). • Modern UI/UX practices; I’m fine with Material-UI, Ant Design, or a lightweight custom kit as long as it stays mobile-friendly. • Git-based workflow with frequent commits and a straightforward README that lets me run the project locally in one command. • Deployment to a staging server (Heroku, Render, or an AWS Lightsail instance) so I can review progress continuously. Deliverables 1. Source code repository with commit history. 2. Deployed staging URL and setup instructions. 3. Basic test suite covering critical routes and components. 4. Short hand-over video or call walking me through the architecture and next-step recommendations.
