Here’s what I expect on each assignment: • A properly layered floor plan set drafted in AutoCAD • Exterior elevations that match the approved floor layouts • Key building sections with enough detail for permitting • (Nice-to-have) a basic 3D massing or rendering to help clients visualize the design I supply the sketches, dimensions, and any municipality standards up front; you translate them into accurate DWG files and return both the editable files and plotted PDFs. Accuracy, tidy layer management, and the ability to communicate questions promptly are essential.
