The drawing should sit at a medium level of detail: walls, openings, basic furniture blocks, overall dimensions, and room labels are essential, but full construction notes or technical annotations are not necessary. I normally present work in PDF, DWG, or high-resolution PNG, so please deliver the final file in one of those formats together with the editable source. SketchUp or AutoCAD are both fine—use whichever lets you work fastest and keeps the linework tidy. If you prefer SketchUp, an exported 2D view that reads cleanly will work; if you build it directly in AutoCAD, please organise layers logically so I can toggle elements on or off.
