This role will cover key areas to ensure the café’s visibility, reputation, and engagement with potential customers through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Google Business Profile Setup & Optimization: Ensure our café is easily discoverable on Google Search and Google Maps. Website / Landing Page: Develop a simple, mobile-friendly website showcasing our menu, location, hours, and contact information. Social Media Setup & Content Creation: Create and manage accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, sharing engaging content about our food and events. Online Delivery Platforms Onboarding: List the café on delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash to increase our reach. Online Advertising: Manage targeted Google Ads and social media ads to attract local customers. Reputation Management: Encourage positive Google reviews and address customer feedback. Branding & Creative: Assist with the design of our logo, menu, and social media visuals to create a consistent and attractive brand. Skills Required: Previous experience in Café & Restaurant advertised is must and should be provided as references
