Scope VFFS machine assemblies Servo-driven auger filler systems Film pull, sealing jaws, frames, guards, mechanisms Deliverables 3D assemblies in CATIA or SolidWorks (manufacturing-ready) 2D drawings with full GD&T (PDF) DXF for laser cutting / sheet metal BOMs, tolerance stack-ups, machining notes Mechanism + load/torque/bearing calculations Cost-optimized designs (don’t overdesign) Must-have (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Prior experience on VFFS / auger / powder packaging machines Strong mechanism design background Comfortable working independently (no spoon-feeding) Knows what to design without explaining basics Factory-oriented mindset (fabrication, welding, machining realities) Software CATIA (V5/V6) or SolidWorks How to apply Send portfolio of similar machines only Include: sample 3D assembly + 2D GD&T drawing Mention availability & commercial terms If you’ve only done concept models or college projects — don’t apply.
